Privacy
How your data is handled, in plain words.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email address, a securely hashed password (never the password itself), and your timezone.
- What you create: areas, goals, packages, week goals, tasks and their status history, week plans, intentions and reflections.
- Signed-in devices: browser type, IP address and last activity, so you can see and sign out devices in Settings.
- If you turn on notifications: a push address for that device, and the reminders you were sent (kept 90 days).
- Feedback you send from the app, with the page you sent it from and your browser name, so it can be followed up.
What we don't do
No ads, no tracking or analytics cookies, and your data is never sold or shared for marketing. Each account sees only its own data.
To see how many people use which kind of page and how fast pages load, the app counts page views anonymously with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. They set no cookies, build no profile of you, and only learn the kind of page (for example "an area page"), never your area names, what you typed or links from emails.
Where it's stored
The app runs on Vercel and the data is kept in a Turso database. Emails (password reset, confirmations) are sent through Resend, and error reports go to Sentry with personal details such as IP addresses left out. Notifications go through your browser maker's push service (Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft).
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. Another remembers whether the sidebar is open. Nothing else.
Your control
- Download everything you made, any time: Settings → Your data.
- Delete your account in Settings. It removes all of your data at once, for good; automatic backups that still contain it expire within 90 days.
- Turn reminders and notifications off per device or per reminder in Settings → Notifications.
